Menai High School has an active Parents & Citizens group which meets in the school library at 6:30pm on the second Monday of each month during school terms.
At each meeting the school Principal briefs parents on the latest events and policy decisions which impact on their children. The parents and citizens association body has input into, and is asked to ratify financial planning decisions made on an annual basis.
These meetings are a great forum for discussing those issues which you consider important to your child's learning and well-being at school as well as for meeting other parents and staff members who regularly address the meetings on pertinent issues.
